The project encompassed a vast area of 3000m2 of FSC 100% Garapa Decking, ensuring not only the luxurious appearance but also maintaining a commitment to sustainability and responsible forest management.

The transformation achieved through our high-quality Garapa Timber is nothing short of breathtaking. The rich, golden hues and distinctive grain patterns of the wood have seamlessly blended with the lodge’s natural surroundings, harmoniously complementing the lush greenery and wildlife that encompass the Monwana Lodge, which takes its place in the Thornybush area of the Great Kruger landscape. The synergy between On The Deck’s FSC certified timber and the lodge’s environment has created a captivating space that evokes a sense of tranquillity and comfort, making it a perfect haven for guests seeking an unforgettable experience amidst nature.

Beyond the aesthetic appeal, we take great pride in knowing that our Garapa Timber is sourced responsibly from forests certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).
